• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Course access is granted upon successful payment confirmation
• Prices are subject to change, but existing purchases are not affected

Refund Policy: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and before completing more than 30% of the course content. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EdTorque, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EdTorque or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of the Services
