From a Noida office to 50,000 careers

2019

Founded in a 2BHK

Rohit and Ananya quit their jobs at Google and Microsoft after noticing a pattern: every intern they hired needed 3–6 months of real training before becoming productive. They started EdTorque to fix that — with just 12 students and a shared Google Meet link.

2020

100 students, 0% dropouts

During the pandemic, demand for tech skills exploded. EdTorque ran 24/7 batches, grew to 1,000 students, and maintained a 0% dropout rate by introducing its now-signature peer accountability system.

2022

200+ hiring partners

Companies started approaching EdTorque directly for talent. Rather than a placement board, we built structured pipelines where our graduates skip initial screening rounds — because employers trust our assessments.

2024

50,000 careers transformed

Today EdTorque trains students across 40+ cities, runs corporate programs at 200+ companies, and maintains a 98% placement rate. But the mission remains exactly the same as day one: make every student job-ready.
